So, you decided that you want to go with SEMrush instead of Moz and Ahrefs (I feel you. It is better than those 2) and you’re wondering ho much does SEMrush Cost, right?
Or maybe you were looking for a sweet discount? I know I did when I was just starting out.
I reccommend you be careful with discounts in general. I got scammed many times when I was just starting out.
I remember the moment after I graduated college and I was trying to make money in other ways than getting a job. I really didn’t want to end up at a corporate job because I hated it.
Also, I wanted to show my parents that I am able to make money without a job. I really wanted to be able to give them everything they deserve.
The problem was that they were pressuring me to go and get a job because they were worried that I will end up as a failure. It felt so frustrating because I didn’t want to be a slave at a corporation. I was horrified that I will waste all my life in a cubicle.
Unfortunately I had to get a job because I really needed money… So my hopes and dreams of being free were slowly dying.
Then I had the luck to find out about making money online. One of my friends friend told me about this opportunity and since then I became obsessed with it.
My plan was to spend all my free time and money to create another stream of income so that I can leave my job. But everytime I searched for information, a guru came up trying to sell his stuff.
There were many roadblocks and hurdles that I had to go through, but in the end I managed to make a little money. And then a little more.
I realized that if you don’t give up, you will eventualy get where you want. In the end, the most important thing is that I can now offer my parents everything they want.
There is nothing better than that. Also, I created this website so that I can help people to not get scammed on the internet like I was.
So if you’re looking for a SEMrush pricing guide, then you’re in the right place. In this article we will cover everything there is to know about the pricing plans.
First, let’s have a look at whether or not it’s worth it.
Is SEMrush Good Enough?
If you’ve read my SEMrush review, then you’re very familiar with all the features that SEMrush offers for their payment plans. If you didn’t read it, I highly reccommend you go ahead and do it, so you know what you’re getting into.
But if you’re lazy (like me), let me give you a quick summary:
SEMrush is definetely one of the best, if not the best, complete SEO tools on the market. It has a couple of amazing features such as the keyword research tool (my favorite) or the backlink audit.
Also, it’s the best tool for competitor analysis if you ask me. You can see what keywords your competitors are currently ranking for, as well as what they’re trying to rank for.
You can even see what ad campaigns your competitors are running at the moment, which is huge. In my opinion, this alone is worth the price of the tool.
I vividly remember wasting a lot of money on ads an not understanding why they didn’t convert. Every day I was trying something new but I never seemed to break even.
Fast-forward to 6 months ago when I started using SEMrush, my ads for my websites were now profitable because I started modeling what was working for my competitors. You will see how powerful this is.
SEMrush has 3 different pricing plans:
- Pro Plan ($99.95/month)
- Guru Plan ($199.95/month)
- Business Plan ($399.95/month)
Unfortunately, there are no coupon codes offered by SEMrush. The only way you can get a discount is to pay annualy (like me).
With this option, you can save up to $800 if you sign up for a business plan (which you should, if you’re running an SEO agency).
If you sign up for the annual Pro plan, you save $200. This is what I’m doing and I’m quite happy with it.
Here are the annual prices:
- Pro $
If you ask me, this is quite a good deal, considering that Ahrefs and Moz don’t offer any coupon codes.
You can sign up for a risk-free 7 day trial to see for yourself that it’s worth it.
