If you’ve read my SEMrush review, then you’re very familiar with all the features that SEMrush offers for their payment plans. If you didn’t read it, I highly recommend you go ahead and do it, so you know what you’re getting into.
But if you’re lazy (like me), let me give you a quick summary:
SEMrush is definetely one of the best, if not the best, complete SEO tools on the market. It has a couple of amazing features such as the keyword research tool (my favorite) or the backlink audit.
Also, it’s the best tool for competitor analysis if you ask me. You can see what keywords your competitors are currently ranking for, as well as what they’re trying to rank for.
You can even see what ad campaigns your competitors are running at the moment, which is huge. In my opinion, this alone is worth the price of the tool.(1)

I highly suggest going with the first plan in the beginning in order to not pay for features you don’t need. After that, you can upgrade at any time.(2)
IS THERE A DISCOUNT?
Unfortunately, there are no coupon codes offered by SEMrush. The only way you can get a discount is to pay annually.
With this option, you can save up to $800 if you sign up for a business plan (which you should, if you’re running an SEO agency).
If you sign up for the annual Pro plan, you save $200. This is what I’m doing and I’m quite happy with it.(3)
